Windows PC 

 If you have enabled developer options on your Windows PC and want to disable them, follow these steps

  • Open the Control Panel by searching for it in the Start menu.
  • Click on “Programs” or “Programs and Features.”
  • In the list of installed programs, locate and click on “Turn Windows features on or off.” 
  • A window will appear with a list of features. Look for “Windows Developer Mode.”

Does turning off developer options reset?

Turning off the Developer options using the first radio button (Off) will reset most of the options. You can turn it on and change whatever you want later.

Do developer options drain the battery?

Short Version: DON’T USE IT!! Using this option would indeed seem to save battery but in fact can end up using even more battery. It may even make your phone kind of a dumb phone, it would make it slow. As it’s in the developer setting its clearly not recommended by Google to be used by a Normal user.
